1. OWNERSHIP AND SERVICES

REI-IME provides independent medical evaluations (IMEs), virtual assessments, and rehabilitation consulting services. The website go.rei-ime.com is an extension of our service platform used to coordinate assessments, secure medical documentation, and facilitate communication between health providers, assessors, and clients.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using this site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. USER CONDUCT & SECURITY

You agree not to:

Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

Attempt to bypass any security measures of the virtual assessment platform.

Interfere with the proper working of the site or the experience of other users.

4. MOBILE MESSAGING PROGRAM (A2P COMPLIANCE)

REI-IME offers mobile messaging to provide appointment reminders, status updates for medical reports, and coordination alerts.

User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the "Opt-In" box on our web forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from REI-IME. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving medical services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services (e.g., number of appointments scheduled).

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

5. PRIVACY & DATA SHARING (A2P PROTECTIONS)

Your privacy is our priority. In accordance with carrier requirements for A2P 10DLC:

No Sharing of Mobile Data: REI-IME does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Usage: Your mobile information is used strictly for the purpose of providing the medical-legal and assessment services you have requested.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of REI-IME or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REI-IME and its medical assessors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or virtual platform. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
