Is the information I submit here secure?

How quickly will REI respond?

A member of the REI team responds to all referral submissions and general inquiries within 1 business day. For urgent matters, call 416-491-7100 directly.

What happens after I submit a referral?

A REI team member will review your submission and contact you to confirm the details — specialty required, regional preference, and timing. From there, we begin the assessor matching process.

Can I submit a referral if I don't know which specialty I need?

Yes. Select "Not sure — need guidance" in the Case Type field and describe the situation in the notes. A team member will help you identify the right assessment type.
