How long does an evaluation typically take to arrange?

Timelines vary by specialty and location. In most cases, REI targets a 4–6 week turnaround from referral to assessment. If your file is urgent, contact us directly.

Do you cover my province?

Yes. REI arranges assessments across all Canadian provinces. For regions where specialists aren't locally based, our traveling evaluator model brings the right physician to the location.

Is my claimant information kept confidential?

All referral and file information is handled in compliance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation. We do not collect personal health information through the website.
